Welcome to Cartants. We respect your privacy and want you to know how we handle your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect from coaches, how we use it, and your rights. By using Cartants, you agree to this policy.

 

2. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Identity Info: Your name, phone number, email, address, and a copy of your ID or passport. Professional Info: Your CV, certificates, recommendation letters, and client reviews. Financial Info: Bank account details (account number, IBAN) and payment records. Technical Info: IP address, device type, browser, login times, session duration, and visited pages.

 

3. Why We Use Your Data

We use your data for clear and simple reasons:

To create your account and verify your identity. To process payments and handle taxes (as required by Egyptian law). To communicate with you (emails, notifications, support). To improve the platform and make your experience better. To follow legal requirements (for example, tax reports or official requests).

 

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your data. We may share it only in these cases:

Service Providers: Like payment companies or hosting servers, under strict contracts. Government Authorities: If required by Egyptian law. International Transfer: Normally, your data stays in Egypt. If we transfer it abroad, it will only happen with proper approvals and protection.

If you make a request, we will reply within 30 days.

 

7. Data Breach

If there is a data breach that risks your privacy:

We will notify the Egyptian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours. We will inform you directly if the breach affects your rights.

 

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to follow new laws or platform needs. If we make big changes, we will notify you by email or on the platform at least 15 days before they apply.

 

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy follows the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be handled by the Economic Court in Cairo.
