Abdelrahman, a learning and development enthusiast based in Egypt. With over five years dedicated to fostering growth and unlocking potential, I thrive on connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds. Being a young professional myself, I have a natural ability to understand and resonate with the aspirations of youth, while my diverse experience has allowed me to effectively engage and support individuals across the generational spectrum.
What truly drives me is witnessing the "ahaa!" moments – those sparks of understanding and empowerment that come from effective learning and guidance. Whether I'm leading a dynamic training session, facilitating a collaborative workshop, providing personalized coaching, or offering supportive mentorship, my goal is always to create a positive and impactful experience.
My Journey in Learning & Development:
Training: I've had the privilege of guiding over 3000 individuals through engaging training programs covering essential skills like communication, personal development, career planning, technical know-how in electronics and programming, and much more. I believe learning should be an active and enjoyable journey, and I strive to create sessions that are both practical and inspiring.
Coaching: It's incredibly rewarding to work one-on-one with individuals, and I've proudly coached nearly 350 fresh graduates as they embarked on their freelance careers. Helping them navigate those initial steps and build a foundation for success is a real passion of mine.
Mentoring: I've also had the honor of mentoring 50 budding entrepreneurs in the Sohag region, focusing on the crucial aspects of sales and business development. Sharing my experiences and watching their businesses take flight has been truly inspiring.
For me, learning and development isn't just a profession; it's about building connections, fostering confidence, and contributing to a brighter future for individuals and our community.
