Certified Career Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), 2021. Certified Professional Trainer from ESLSCA University, 2022. I have completed +180 coaching hours in different topics like: Career Selection, Career Shift, Performance Topics, CV & LinkedIn, Interviews, Well-being, Career Development, Job Searching, Negotiating Job Offers, Organization Change and Transition. 12 years of experience in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, customer service, tourism, and HR consulting, with 6 years specifically in HR. Most of my hands-on experience focused on Organizational Development, L&D, and Talent Management. Since 2022, I have transitioned from corporate roles to freelancing as a Trainer and Career Coach.
